Privacy, in plain words.

This site doesn’t track you, and your information is never sold. We don’t take anything from you that we don’t need, and what we have is used only for your benefit and to make the assessment better.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no ads, and nothing loaded from other sites: the fonts, images, and the one small script for the menu and motion all come from this site itself. The site is hosted by Render. Like any web host, its servers receive the technical details every browser sends with a request, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the page.

Getting notified

The “Get notified” buttons open an email to Kevin. If you send it, we keep your email address to tell you when the assessment opens, or the team assessment, if that’s the one you asked about, and for nothing else.

• Your address is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
• Our emails don’t track whether you open them or which links you click.
• To be taken off, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email kevin@1221advisors.com.

Email to kevin@1221advisors.com goes to a Google Workspace mailbox and is used only to reply to you, or for what you asked.

The assessment

The same principles apply. Your answers are used only for your report, for any advising you ask for, and, with names and identifying details stripped out, to make the assessment better. They’re never sold. On the assessment platform, your answers are encrypted in transit and at rest, and the pages you answer on carry no trackers, ads, or outside scripts. Most answers are scored automatically by fixed rules, and written answers are read with the help of AI: Claude, made by Anthropic. Kevin has access to them for quality checks. The assessment’s full privacy terms will be published here before it opens.
